Are You an Amazon?

Ladies, recent research has indicated that the people the ancient Greeks called “Amazons” were, in fact, female warriors of the Hun.  Hun society was not structured on the male dominant principle but on a more equal footing.  If a woman were an exceptional hunter and warrior, then she travelled with the warriors.  If she had the strength to hold a tribe to her, she ruled.
Are you an Amazon?  Are you capable of loving deeply and forgiving completely yet will not break if things go against you?  Can you hold down a full time job, raise a loving and responsible family and run a healthy home and still have time for volunteer work and a social life?  Then you may be an Amazon.
Are you the female who changes her own tires, resets her own car battery and replaces her own windshield wipers or are you the “fainting flower” who stands by the roadside helplessly waiting for some “man” to do the job for you?  Do you need reminders to take your car to service on a regular basis because you never check the fluid levels or can you change your own oil (If you had to).  If you can care for your car yourself, then you may be an Amazon.
Are you the head of your household or is your husband?  Are you intellectual as well as emotional equals?  If the answer is yes, then you may be an Amazon.  Do you raise your children to be independent thinkers and doers, letting them suffer the consequences of their bad choices but helping them to turn it around with a gentle but firm hand?  Or do you let them walk all over you in a crisis and hold them too closely so they don’t get hurt in the first place?  IF you are the former, you may be an Amazon.
Are you aware, daily, of what is noteworthy in the world’s doings yet have time to notice the change in the weather, how beautiful autumn is on a daily basis as the world starts to put itself to rest; or are you “distracted” by Oprah and Dr. Ruth, or Judge Judy?  Do you watch soap operas on TV instead of reading a book?  Or do you attend lectures at the local college then engage the lecturer on his subject asking questions that maybe he or she can’t even answer?  If you are the latter, you may be an Amazon.
Being an Amazon means knowing your own worth.  Knowing your strengths as well as your weaknesses and being able to tell what “soft and malleable” aspect of your personality is NOT a weakness but real strength.  Can you cry freely but fight your own battles?  Then you are an Amazon.
Right now America needs its Amazons more than ever before.  Our country is under siege and no one is really aware of it except the people who are holding our country hostage.  It’s not who the news media reports.  We are being held for ransom by the major corporate banks, major corporations in fuel distribution and food distribution and by companies like Monsanto who have genetically altered nearly every seed in our entire food chain so that what we put in our bodies is more poison than nutrition.  The banks hold the American Medical Association in their pockets so doctors are never trained to know how poisonous our food chain is and they only get 3 weeks of nutritional training based on an 85 year old “standard” that no longer applies.  You can’t trust your alliopathic doctor, you can’t trust the pharmacist, you can’t trust your grocer, you absolutely cannot trust the mass media in America and you can’t trust the government to do anything for you and your family that is in their best interest.
The Amazons of America need to get themselves completely out of debt and stay that way.  Anyone in debt is a slave.  Period.  You need to become a detective and find out for yourself what is truth and what is a lie.  The truth is out there, if you dig deep enough to find it.  We all need to start growing our own food from antique or wild seed so we know we’re not putting Monsanto’s poisons into our bodies.  Raise your own meat and kill and clean and butcher it yourself to be sure it’s healthy for your family.  Anything and everything that can be raised in the ground can be raised in a container.  Learn how.
More than what I’ve already said, we Amazons need to get organized.  We need to be a grass roots force for change.  I’m calling out all Amazons to contact me and help me get the next successful movement of American women who want to take back our country from the idiots who are trying to kill off the “middle” and “lower” class.  They do not have the right!  We are Amazons and we will NOT go away quietly!  Please contact me at Arrwyn.pyle@frontier.com
